By inviting the Novus Scheduler bot to your Discord server or using our web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Novus Stream Solutions provides community management tools, specifically Discord applications for scheduling and managing events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Premium Features and Monetization

Certain features are offered for a fee ("Novus Pro" or "Enterprise"). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) distribute spam or harmful code; (d) abuse, exploit, or disrupt the infrastructure of Novus Stream Solutions or Discord.

5. Limitation of Liability

Novus Stream Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
